Hello!

We are very limited in budget. Ideas of where to pick one up cheap would be great!

  • I will use a step for my boy my daughter used those cushioned seat, but guess for boys will be a completely different story

  • Kmart has a few options we started my 3 yr old with like an $8 one from there when she was around 2 once she was confident and doing well we rewarded her with another one from kmart that looks like a real toilet it was I think $40 and she loves it so much and has had barely any accidents

  • I got one for 5 bucks at kmart or try a op shop not sure of any other options

  • A couple of great ideas here, I’m currently looking fir my grandson

We got this one for grandma’s house from kmart for $9. It’s almost better than the fancy $60 I bought for our place.

  • Keep it simple with a Kmart potty. Our 2 year daughter soon grew out of it and she preferred using the kiddy step/stool to the toilet

  • We didn’t use a potty (although we had one) as neither of my boys liked it. They preferred to really be “big” boys and use the toilet with a step. (or the lemon tree outside… lol)

  • We never used a potty and instead went straight to the step ladder thing that we bought from KMart which made them feel like they were using the toilet just like mummy and daddy.

  • I don’t think you need to go anything fancy is one wig music. I just bought a $9 from Kmart but I also had one of those step things to go over a toilet and my daughter preferred that. Good luck!

  • I had a potty but my child didn’t like it. I then bought one of those children’s toilet seats that fit over a regular toilet seat and that together with a step stool was better.

  • Kmart, Target, BigW. You might even pick one up cheap at a chemist. It doesn’t need to be suped up or technical. Just a piece of plastic that’s easy accessed by little ones

  • I would just go to the Kmart, any potty will do.
