Breastfeeding and wanting to become pregnant with no.2

Hello!

Hi Mum’s, I’m currently still breastfeeding my 20 month old little girl. However, my partner and I have started to try for our second baby. I am wanting to bub to wean naturally and when she is ready as she still feeds to sleep as well as when she needs comfort. I will add it has been less than it was 6 months ago. I am wondering if there are Mum’s out there that have been able to still feed whilst pregnant?

I was pregnant while my first one is still 13months and breastfeeding. I didn’t mind keeping on breastfeeding him, but my GP said it’s better to stop because it’s not good for the fetus. So if you can, please consult your GP.

Plenty of Mum’s do. Lots of my friends have without any issues. Apparently your milk changes flavour in the third trimester and they often stop then.
