Hello!

Before pregnancy I’d heard of stretch marks but never sagging skin. I’m wondering if there is anything I could have done during pregnancy to prevent the sagging skin, or help it heal better.

  • I have read that olive oil applied during pregnancy to your baby bump helps retain elasticity, which helps it yo spring back into shape


  • Maybe applying a moisturiser of some kind. That could help maintain the skins elasticity,meaning it would bounce back better
