Can you dye rubber shoes (such as thongs)?

Would like to know the best way and what to use to dye rubber shoes.

Yeah, I think you’d have to paint over the rubber. Pinterest has a number of ideas for redoing thongs.

i know that the colour is poured into the liquid rubber so this would be hard to change.

You could try spray painting them, but I don’t know whether you would be successful or whether it would peel off.

I don’t think you can as rubber acts as a repellent to liquids & really isn’t permeable which would make near impossible to dye
