  • I only buy organic and for me I believe the cost is justified as I know I am getting real food that is nourishing my body. Where I live it’s not that expensive plus we have a ton of orchards that we can go and pick from.

  • Charlie’s fruit online is great

  • i do try to and it is more expensive, however i dont think it is all that necessary as i didnt have it when i was growing up….and im healthy and happy?

  • Maybe see if there is any organic fruit markets in your local area. I have been meaning to check out one that is close by to see what the fuss is about. Also growing your own might also be a great option.

  • Growing your own…even the easier items or buying them from discount delivery places like Charlie’s at everton park is a great option

  • We grow a lot of our own and it does taste better but the stuff we buy is regular and give it a good wash

  • I used to buy organic thinking if it cost more it must taste great and be better for you. Not so at all, I couldn’t taste the difference and my doctor said there’s no scientific proof it’s better for you.

  • Yes, that’s right organic fruit n vegie cost more. so we just buy normal fruit n vegie.

  • I dont buy organic but when shopping i do notice they are alot more expensive than normal groceries

  • I don’t buy organic but I buy from a local farmers market which is on every weekend. I can ask where each item is from and get loads of information. Plus the food is always fresh and keeps much longer (most is picked that day or the night before).

  • Yes Organic fruit and vege does cost more – but worth it – atleast you know its not full of chemicals. Also another option is to start your own little vege patch – Than you know EXACTLY whats been put on them :)

  • yes it does cost more..but you know exactly whats in the process and thats my peace of mind!!!
