Hello!

Just wondering what all the mums out there did to keep fit during pregnancy? Did you do special classes or your own thing?

  • Not exercise as such, but I was active enough and walking and biking all the time.


  • No..i was to lazy with my 1st. With my 2nd my 2yo was keeping me going


  • Didn’t do anything!


  • No, i didnt. I just went for a walks with my toddler and in general, he kept me fit and busy all my second pregnancy.


  • I did a pregnancy Aqua aerobics! Loved it


  • I did not but swam twice a week and was running until six months. I am smaller now than i was before i had my 1st daughter!


  • no i just did the walking and usual housework


  • I did my own thing, which ended up not being much at all. At the start of pregnancy, I was too fearful of miscarrying if I was too physical. Towards the end, I was struggling to even walk so again I avoided it


  • I did for my first, but not for my second. I think they were helpful if u haven’t been through it before.


  • No, I didn’t. I just walked a lot outside!
