  • I had a cleaner BEFORE i was pregnant. Whatever works for you and is going to make life easier for you, i say do it.

  • No, life was easy when I was pregnant compared to now ! Wish I had a housekeeper now :)

  • No, but if you can afford it, then I think it would be a fabulous help.

  • Nope, I was pregnant not disabled, never crossed my mind to pay for a housekeeper. Housework isn’t that hard if you’re not having pregnancy issues

  • How much can your partner help with? I don’t see it as a bad thingif you can afford it. Unfortunately we couldn’t

  • No I didn’t have any help, but felt I was able to manage everything by myself.

  • I wish! We have never been well off enough financially to be able to have ever considered hiring a housekeeper. Wouldn’t mind a chef and gardener too

  • No help except for the things that would have been unsafe like climbing step ladder etc. The exercise of housework is good during pregnancy. Just need to pace it and not overdo anything. Regular health visits will let you know if you need to limit physical things. Every individual is different.

  • Thanks for all your answers moms!

  • No, for heavens sake. You’re pregnant not terminal. What you can’t do yourself, ask family and friends to help out

  • No, but the thought has definitely crossed my mind. If you can afford it it would certainly make a huge difference!

  • I really wish I had then I wouldnt have had the house get so out of control in the blurry early weeks.

  • I had a cleaner come in once a week for the first 6 weeks as I had a cesearean and couldn’t do much. I mainly just got them to sweep, mop and clean the bathroom.

  • I didn’t plan to but I ended up having a traumatic birth with a long recovery so I caved and it was the best thing I could have done! She came twice a week for 8 weeks and it helped me get that bonding time I missed out on. If you feel you need it, definitely look into it :)

  • No but if I could have afforded one I would have. Things just were not cleaned as often and I used more natural cleaning products btomprotect the baby like bicarb and vinegar
