Hello!

The hype is that sugar is bad for you but I really disagree! I found out that the artificial sweetener called aspartame is the faeces of bacteria. This is in so many products like chewing gum and diet drinks. Did you mums know about this? And also the hard and shiny coating on many things like candy, comes from bugs!

  • Sugar is not good for you indeed and Artificial sweeteners are certainly bad if not worse than sugar !


  • ERm… I’m not sure you’re right…. But either way, BOTH sugar and artificial sweeteners are bad for you in excess.

  • yes that is so full on that a doctor has another name for those drinks. wow and they see the affects all day, every day. It would be interesting to read a doctor’s paper on the stuff but they would probably get sued or something like that.


  • There was a study done on the effects of aspartamine- I can’t remember where I read it though..
    Sugars are the same as everything else- fine in moderation. It’s the refined sugars that are bad in the amounts that the average persons has them nowadays.


  • I knew artificial sweetner of any kind wasnt good for you, But i date the way they put the work diet etc on things that are aritficial like diet soft drink etc…


  • OMG I am shocked reading this. I am glad I use normal sugar and will go to great lengths to avoid this.


  • My girlfriend’s Oncologist calls all Diet Cola “Black Death” because of the Aspartane. She had a kidney removed because she had cancer on it. She now has only one kidney attempting to do the work of both. The thing is she only drank a can a day – in fact in the cooler weather she didn’t finish the can. She is now not allowed to drink anything fizzy. Alcohol can be unkind to kidneys too. A friend of her suffered the same fate a few months later. He drank a lot of Diet Cola as he is Diabetic.

  • You shouldn’t be having copious amounts of sugar or artificial sweeteners. There are plenty of natural sweeteners like raw honey and dates.
