  • Wish they would do this in QLD

  • Have used at western Sydney zoo and at a club restaurant. Also for takeaway at a Chinese restaurant. At the club we had a big group of about 20. We all ordered separately and most of us used our vouchers. My Mum accidentally got one of her discover vouchers scanned instead of her dine vouchers. Wouldn’t have thought this would have scanned but it did and was actually a good mistake as she most likely won’t use her discover vouchers.

  • We have them here in Tas too. The time limit to use them wasn’t long enough tho so it was extended. Then we had a 3 day lockdown and it was extended again

  • There are plenty of options we purchased Go Kart tickets and a $50 Voucher to use between now and 2023. Go to Service NSW website and type in your postcode and many options pop up for Food Services that you can use as takeaway since we are still in lockdown (well some areas are) and there are plenty of options for Entertainment like the Sydney Zoo – https://sydneyzoo.com. Use your Dine & Discover vouchers online and get an adult day ticket for $14.99

  • Symbio at Helensburgh allows you to purchase entry gift vouchers to use at a later date.

  • Just noticed that the Dine and Discover program has been extended until end of June 2022. Hooray!

  • I’ve used some successfully but last time I tried to use it dining out the restaurant advised they couldn’t process it as their machine wasn’t working. Next time I will be asking if they take them before I place my order.

  • Our favorite Yum Char restaurant, The Imperial Peking in Blakehurst’s manager was most helpful reminding & showing all his customers how easy it was to use them, great to have places so helpful like that.

  • I’ve used only one of each of my dine and discover vouchers. I found the details on the Service NSW app. I have unsuccessfully used one at a local restaurant that was advertised as using it on the Service NSW website but when I went to pay they said they weren’t accepting it. So next time I will be sure to ask before I start ordering any food. Felt a bit scammy to me.

  • My daughters in NSW have used theirs quite often without any problems. Victoria has its own scheme which I have heard isn’t working that well. Normal for Vic.

  • A lot of restaurants/pubs/bars will accept them for food but not for drinks. We’ve used one of our Dine and will be using one of our Discover vouchers next week. We still have one of each to go.

  • I used mine by going to lunch with girlfriend at a Pub destination. We looked on line chose a Pub in Richmond NSW and we all ordered separately paid separately and had our lunches delivered to our table. It was great food and a reason to do it all again so the second outing was in the Blue Mountains we had a few options to choose from so we had a big day out there using our vouchers and sightseeing.

  • My partner and I have used 3/4. If you go into Vouchers on the Service NSW app you can search a postcode which will tell you which places accept them.

  • I went to use mine the other day after lunch with family but my brother had already used his so they wouldn’t except mine but I find most places in my area are accepting them just one per order so order separately if using more than one

  • I just used one two days ago at Taronga zoo.
It costs more there than it does online but you can’t use the vouchers online which I think is a bit unfair.
