  • Medical Medium books, once you build up health, physical and mental the confidence comes back.

  • I think your best bet is google or your local library. Have a look, see what suits you

  • I don’t know of any good books, but I found talking with my teen and giving her advice, as well as listening to her concerns and answering her questions was good for our relationship.

  • For younger kids I like “you’re Special” from Max Lucado, and for older kids “You are Enough” from Cassie Mendoza-Jones.

  • go for a browse through the library. free to do and you will find a good range

  • Nope, can’t help you sorry. Have you googled some? Or maybe just head into your local library or book shop and ask about them

  • You might find something on Maggie Dent’s website – maggiedent.com.

  • Joining a group can indeed be a good idea.

  • I know its not a book, but theatre groups can be very good for this – try to find a youth theatre or other creative group – they are usually very supportive. Just an idea.
