Hello!

Lately I find people with a clear preference. I have a dog and cat and we love them both. I can’t chose but growing up always saw myself as a cat person.

  • I think I’m a cat person but I’m not sure if I am developing an allergy to them as visiting a cat cafe set off the most hayfeverish reaction that lasted hours for me.

  • We live in a rented property and can’t have either. I never had a dog but we did have cats, which started off being a lovely experience turned in to a nightmare…they were destructive and aggressive.
In regards to dogs; I don’t like their licking. as soon as a dog licks for example my hands, I have the urge to run to the sink and wash my hands

  • I like both, but if I had to choose just one, I’d choose a dog.

  • I’ve always been a dog lover. We had both growing up but I prefer dogs. As o got older I developed an allergy to cats. At the moment, we have a Maltese shitsu which seems to be a lovely combination of dog and cat. She happily goes for walks and plays fetch but also enjoys time curled up on our lap

  • Definitely a Dog lover in this house!

  • Yes, I love cats. They are such a joy.

  • Dogs all the way, definetly.I would not trust a cat with a baby. Cats in my opinion are feral and should be erradicated.

  • Has to be dogs – they’re so loyal and show true unconditional love. I like cats but would always choose dogs over cats

  • Growing up, we always had both. My kids had a cat that ran away. Then we got a dog. I’m definitely a dog person, they’re way more fun. More work too, but so worth it

  • I love both cats and dogs as pets, they both bring such joy!

  • Dogs are also fun to train and good with children when trained.

  • I grew up with a lot of cats, and I thought I was a cat person. Then, after 11 years with the same cat (yes! no joke!) I developed an allergy to cats. Still now, after almost 20 years, I have to be careful with cats. If I touch one and then, my mistake, I touch my eyes, I get a terrible reaction.
I bought my first dog 3 years ago, and luckily no allergy to dogs! :-) I actually enjoy the relation with my dog much more than the ones I had with all my cats. :-)

  • I like both, but prefer dogs for walking and outdoor activities, such as throwing balls and obstacle courses. Dogs are very social and always seems to want to be with the family which we like too.
