  • They had a segment on which is the best BBQ on A current Affair last night to prepare people for Australia Day. I didn’t know you can make cakes on a BBQ , never heard of that before . I do grills in the oven for dinner and take care not to burn . Health officals always warn us of digesting too much carnicigens ( black burnt ) in our diet. I enjoy grilled beef sausages and prawns especially with salads or vegies .

  • I love the hought of doing halumi cheese on the barbie. Thanks for the suggestion.

  • I love cooking asparagus, peaches and halloumi cheese on the barbecue. And tortillas too, filled with cheese and closed.

  • I must try the mushrooms in foil! They sound lovely!
