  • I would want it to be a surprise.

  • Definitely find out!

  • was far to impatient to not find out. Found out with all four of my kids.

  • Definitely like to know what I am having! I find it hard enough to wait until the 19/20 week scan to find out! Finding out means that you can have less white and yellow stuff (which nowadays can be a lot harder to find) and cuter things that are more gender specific. It also means that you can decorate the nursery in plenty of time for the new arrival- you wouldn’t be able to do it if you waited until birth due to the paint fumes.
I found out for both of mine and my friend waited for both of hers- she ended up buying second hand lots of clothing for both genders which I see as being a little bit of a waste. In the end I guess it all comes down to personal preference. I definitely love to be prepared and I ended up buying up clothing as big as size 1 before my birth so that I would have what I needed in advance when I saw good deals.

  • We had a surprise, I think we don’t get many nice surprises these days!once our daughter arrived we were then given heaps of girly things!

  • definitely know! i understand how exciting the surprise could be, but i prefer to be prepared lol

  • I lke to know so i can plan. Though the 2nd time we kept it a secret from friends and family
