  • Yes I do, it helps me with my post menopausel symptoms. I add it to my yoghurt / kefir which I eat together with seeds and homemade granola

  • Some one I worked with used Maca powder, if you Google you’ll find smoothie recipes, however I have none to recommend because I don’t use this powder.


  • What is Maccas powder ? I’ve never heard of it.
