Hello!

Could anyone please help recommending a nice recipe of raspberries coulis to be eaten with vanilla panna cotta?

  • I thought it would be a good idea to share the recipe I used for the coulis.

    1 cup of frozen raspberries
    1/2 cup of water
    1/2 cup of caster sugar

Heat up everything until the sugar melts. Blend and press through a sieve to remove seeds. Take it back to low heat to make the sauce thicker as desired. Once ready put in a container and keep it in the fridge to serve on the panna cotta or you can serve with other desserts and ice cream.

  • There was a great recipe for this on MKR!

  • Check out the recipes in the recipes section – think you will find a winner!

  • I never made it with raspberries, but I make it regularly with strawberries.
I simply blend together half kilo strawberries, 150 grams of sugar and the juice of half a lemon.

  • There are some recipes for that on this site – maybe try one of them?
