Does anyone have any amazing natural / home made beauty regimes they participate in? I have rather sensitive skin but am looking to decrease my use of nasties and become more natural based. I also have ridiculously curly hair so if anyone has any good regimes for that, let me know!

Many thanks!!

  • My skin doesn’t tolerate many skin products anymore and I get allergic reactions on store bought products. I make a face cream from raw shea butter, raw coconut oil and a bit of raw honey.

  • Rosehip oil sounds great. I must give it a try. Thanks coastalkaryn.

  • Me too – redness if use a chemical filled product. I am in love with rosehip oil – apply it each evening, and my gosh, my sun damaged skin loves me!

  • google it! try what sounds good and see what works for you.

  • Coconut oil, vitamin e, h2o

  • I don’t have homemade, but the product I use is natural, organic and aussie made. Its called Happy Skincare. Can be purchased online. They have a small trial pack for about $10 to see if you like it. I have recently bought the 4 step system and its amazing!

  • I have very sensitive skin too (also eczema) and I have always just used QV cream and Grace products… recently I have signed up to a couple of natural, organic beauty boxes which come quarterly. They are great as I have found some fantastic products (skincare and makeup) that I would never have thought I could use…..Not only are they perfect for my skin, they are always natural and usually organic which is a bonus :-)
One is called the ‘Flora and Flora box’, the other is the ‘Native beauty box’….let me know if you would like some websites to check them out.

  • Scrubbing skin with a pure and simple soap, applying Vitamin E cream to skin and drinking loads of water. It is my best tip for great looking skin.

  • Good old Vitamin E is great for skin and perfect for the cooler weather. It is incredibly cheap when compared to the ridiculously over priced moisturisers and creams that are available for skin care.

  • I am in love with coconut oil! It is amazing for so many different things!

  • Coconut Oil is an amazing product used for so much plus it is totally natural.
