Great question. People really dont understand us!!
We do a hot lunch with roast etc. I do stuffing, by switching out breadcrumbs with ground up rice cakes; onion with the green part of spring onion; and add extra fresh herbs.
To be honest most people don’t know or understand what FODMAPs are. a easy rule of thumb would be gluten free food as food containing gluten tends to be high in FODMAPs. otherwise try googleing it and doing some research of your own.
