Calcium, magnesium, vitamin E and vitamin B-6 have all been reported to soothe symptoms, but evidence is limited or lacking. Herbal remedies. Some women report relief of PMS symptoms with the use of herbs, such as ginkgo, ginger, chasteberry (Vitex agnus), evening primrose oil and St. John’s wort.
I would speak to a good pharmacist and tell them you want something natural. Normally they will ask you what medications you are on and others you may take (off the shelf – not necessarily) as you can have interactions – even with more than one natural product only.
This is something I really need to work on for myself as well. I always mean to pick up some primrose oil tablets but the time of the month is always upon me being I even remember to do so :/

I take both evening primrose and magnesium and it has made a difference to my mood and pain. I started with the evening primrose (before I heard about the magnesium) and had noticed a difference with just that. magnesium is also good for headaches and I suffer a lot with PMT and have had less since taking it. I get both from Chemist warehouse or similar discount chemists.and magnesium especially is quite cheap in bulk (compared to other vitamins)
I heard evening primrose can help. There might be something else on the market now – maybe visit a health food shop. I bought some maca powder for my juicer and it says it ‘balances hormones’.
