It’s designed to help you to manage and understand your condition, with guidance and support from your health care professionals when you need it. Also have regular checks with your health care professionals as new treatments come are developed all the time

  • Sorry, no knowledge of this but a GP should be able to assist and maybe even suggest support links.


  • The best way to cope with COPD would be to go by the advice of your doctor. My husband suffers from it and is on oxygen 24/7. He has to be careful with buying over the counter treatments as they may clash with his prescribed medication.

  • My mum lives with us and she suffers dreadfully from COPD. She has found that Bisolven tablets purchased over the counter at the Chemist help clear her chest sometimes, and mainly uses Buscopan to aid her digestion and ease the pain involved. Hope this helps you xxx
