I have never heard of it. But I can tell you what worked for me.. And it’s not hard. Cost 10 dollars you shop normally. You buy a calorie counting book. 1500 hundred calories a day. Walk 30 mins not fast just walking not house work. Take your self out there and go for a walk… I walk to the hop each day .. Okay change as you run out of things I change rice long grain to basmati. Rice marg I change I bought a chelstrol free one. I had crisp bread for lunch with salad I stead of bread … If you are a little hungry after meals it’s working… Also 2 min noddles are great. Cook up. Throw away the flavour. Now make a cuppa soup drain noddles add to cuppa soup bingo low cal meal. And if you hate water. A small glass before meals…. This is what I did… Put my meals on a bread and butter plate…. Do not skip meals this does not help.. Bake beans are great on a slice of toast. … I hope this helped I took of twenty four kg in five months…
