I love Isabelle

I’m really liking Evie. I’ve only known one in my life, it’s a lovely name.

My niece is an Evie, so I’m biased! As a school teacher, I’ve come across more Isabelle’s than Evie’s, so perhaps Evie would be more unique – but Isabelle is beautiful and has so many nickname “options”!

I would personally wait until after your daughter is born to see which name suits her then – all the names you have thought about are lovely, but in the end it comes down to personal choice.

My favourite would be Macie. But if I have to decide between Isabelle and Evie I’d go with Evie.

So, funny story – my hubby and I were arguing over our two favourite names when we were pregnant with our daughter- his was Lily and mine was Evelyn (which shortens to Evie). In the end, we decided that neither of us could have our favourite name and we chose something we both liked instead and named her Isabelle. Isabelle is a beautiful name and it means God is my Consecration. However, Isabelle has become extremely popular, so if you are wanting something a little more unique or less common, maybe go for Evelyn.

Isabelle or Isabella is my favourite.

Lovely names. I have an Isabella and we shorten it to Bella (she was Izzy) but the kids couldn’t say it. if you don’t like names to be shortened consider something that can’t be.

Evie as if she was Isabella her name would definitely get shortened by people. I also think Macie is lovely. Good luck choosing and best wishes with your little girl ????
