I have a young niece who when she was a toddler would eat mashed banana on bread for lunch for days on end. We were embarrassed once when we took her to Auntie’s place. My elderly Auntie cooked a special lunch, some of it decorated as little ones like. All she wanted was mashed banana on bread. She only took out on a picinic and ate it an hour later to be convinced that it goes soggy in sandwiches. One child I know likes cheese and sultana sandwiches

  • Shredded chicken, cucumber, toasted almond flakes and mayonaise :)
