  • I believe that these days they can tell after a few weeks, with a blood test. Commonly it’s at the three month ultrasound.

  • you can do a special test at 14 wks otherwise 20wks

  • Depends on the type of testing you have! Your an do a boos test at about 8 weeks very expensive as it gets sent overseas. If it’s a boy and depending on position at scan as early as about 14 weeks. Most find out at 20week scan

  • I think 20 weeks – this is the big scan where they check the vital organs

  • I think the 5 month scan is the one to determine sex

  • They say from the 16-20 week mark. The longer you wait the more accurate it will be but it depends on which way the baby is laying as well as you may not be able to see.

  • Roughly 20 weeks however with my second son it wasn’t intil 28 weeks and 24 weeks with my first, just depends if they are cooperating,

  • I think it is around the 18 week mark. but remember they can be wrong! (mine was)

  • around 18-20 weeks – they can’t always tell and if they are unsure they are unlikely to tell you. sometimes it is obvious (like it was with my boys) but other times it isn’t.

  • I think it is around 18 weeks

  • Through ultrasound, I think it’s three months. There are a variety of blood tests which can tell you earlier, but I’m not sure how reliable some of them are.

  • CVS 10-16 weeks gestation or an amnio which is done around 16 – 20 weeks. Generally these tests are offered if there is a risk for Downs or other genetic disorders but certainly can tell you baby’s gender 100% .I wouldn’t be have something so invasive just to find out gender’. Otherwise it’s at your 18-20 week morphology scan that gender can be established but still not 100% accurate.

  • Usually you can fnd out from around 19 weeks by ultrasound :D

  • at your 19 week scan but if you postpone this until 23 weeks or more, the accuracy is 99%.

  • Usually between 18 and 20 weeks, that’s when you have one of the ultrasounds and you will be asked if you want to find out.
