  • I’d either go bacon and egg rolls made on the BBQ or ham and cheese croissants. Also a large fruit platter and maybe some mini quiche etc.

  • Homemade pizza, bread, dip, sausage rolls ect….

  • moms pretty much have this covered …my only suggestion would be don’t forget drinks (my suggestion fruit punch)

  • My favourite entertaining thing is the butterflied boneless chicken Greek lemon and herb from woolies versatile hot or cold with salad or vegetables

  • individual quiches, fruit platter, banana bread, pancakes, muffins (apple and cinnamon), fresh juice, yoghurt and muesli, croissants.

I like things that can be done in advance and pulled out of the oven to allow me to have more time with my guests.

  • Maybe crossonte ,crumpets or scones and some cheese ,ham or jam. Plus some fruits.coffee tea water and juice to drink

  • Cheese/antipasto platter and finger foods and snacks for kiddies

  • Yoghurt, Muesli and fruit for a non warm option. Either have people help themslevss or premake cups with layers of you want to make them look fancy.

  • I always do quiches with a variety of ingredients. I love to be different,so prawn and anchovies quiche, spinach and carrot and cheese quiche than sesame toasted with salmon and spring onion. Cupcakes with fresh fruit are also a big hit. For drinks make a fresh fruit punch. Always have nibbles on hand as at brunch people seem to pick at food.

  • Definitely mini grazing platters as then no matter what people like, they are sure to find something on the platter. Have things that you can pre prepare and so you have more time to spend with your guest and also not fretting over getting things cooked perfectly like eggs. Go with frittatas, cold meats (turkey and smoked salmon), scones, smoothie bowls with topping to add on, nice big loaf of sourdough, cheeses and of course a good old fruit platter. Shaskuka is also nice (baked eggs in a tomato mix)

  • Quiche, Frittata, mini pancakes, cinnamon scrolls, scones, fruit salad, banana bread, carrot cake, muffins, croissants.

  • I love doing mini grazing tables. That way you can have lots of different stuff on there that everyone will love & they look impressive. You can have a sweets section with biscuits & cupcakes, then cheese, cold meats & crackers. Dips and Turkish bread. Surely everyone will be satisfied from that!

  • I love making little mini quiches. So easy using bought puff pastry, fill cupcake baking tray with square of pastry and then add any filling (I like doing pumpkin & feta, Caramalised onion & Mushroom and Bacon or ham) mix up a few eggs with cream pour over filling and bake with a little grated cheese on top. Go down really well and they’re super easy to make

  • Some small pizzas, spring rolls, small sausage rolls, salads, a potato salad, maybe a pasta salad, a fruit salad…
