Getting pelvic floor muscles back – Hi want to ask all the mums out there how long it took them to get pelvic floor muscle back or are they still scared to sneeze? What are the tricks? Thanks

  • It varies for everyone so just stick at it :)

  • Pelvic floor exercises are the best!

  • Be persistent with your pelvic floor exercises, just do them whenever during the day, but minimum of twice a day. If it doesn’t improve, see your GP.

  • Lots of pelvic exercises help as well

  • it took a while for my wife but she just has to be careful

  • Pilates and lots of targeted pelvic floor exercises. Mine are shot after having my third baby in five years despite exercising my pelvic floor all along the way. Would hate to think how’d they’d be if I’d done nothing.

  • If you are like me and always forget to do your kegel exercises buy yourself some luna beads! Best purchase I’ve made in a long time!! I swear by them!

  • I should give this a go also

  • You can get some kegel weights. I used Luna beads after my first pregnancy as i am very lazy with doing kegals myself. The Luna beads worked wonders and within weeks i had stronger pelvic floor muscles. I highly recommend them. Im on my second pregnancy now and we only left it a year after having my daughter and i have no worry’s about my pelvic muscles. Give them a go :) Hope this helps.
