Ask your question
  • take a break and promote having a sit down with the kids. get to bed a little earlier and see what can be put off or re-arranged to give you a break. can someone step up and give you a hand with anything.

  • Sleep when you can, rest when you can and believe me I know it can be hard to find the time, I am a mother to 3 daughters and pregnant with number 4, along with doing the daily chores, husband away during the week and only home on weekends. Drink plenty of water and take it from there.

  • Coffee lots and lots of coffee lol

  • I found getting out for a walk helped. It does you and baby good and can make you feel less tired – even if its the last thing you feel like. It still works for me now with my 4 year old when he night wakes.

  • Try having a sleep during the day when baby sleeps.

  • I survive a lot on caffeine and cat naps – whenever my toddler goes for a sleep I go for a sleep and that’s how I’ve always done it. I’m still always tired but manage to cope best I can.

  • Making sure you eat well and drink loads of water. Hydralight drink is great for babies, pregnant mothers and breastfeeding mothers. You can even freeze it into ice blocks.

  • Very slowly and with a very limited ‘to do’ list. You need to be looking after yourself before you can look after others
