We have an Echo and love it.

We have a google nest. It works quite well except we have to yell at it sometime cause it doesn’t understand us. But I love being able to say turn off all the lights without getting out of bed. It definitely works better with android then it does apple.

I would always suggest it comes down to what you use most in tech. If you have an apple phone, you may find Alexa easier as Google tends to work better with Android products to help link them etc. We have Alexa and love her – very useful for shopping lists, playing music, timers etc and my toddler can use it as well. I havent found a skill that I need is missing but everyone will be different

I love our Google nest but that’s because our whole house is Google.

I haven’t tried Alexa but I LOVE my Google home. Definitely recommend!
