  • That’s is a beautiful tangible memory BellaB !

  • We did this for our stillborn son, as we were going to have very little in the way of mementos. Didn’t do it for our living children.

  • I’ve not done it myself. I wish I had, my eldest was 10wks early and her weight was 880 grams at birth. It would have been amazing to have an imprint of those tiny hands and feet now.
I have given it quite frequently as a gift to friends and family and think it makes a lovely gift.

  • We had one done for our stillborn son and it’s a lovely memento.

  • No but a great idea to share with other’s! Thanks!

  • I haven’t done them but I have a friend who has and they do look lovely. It’s amazing to see how little they once were.

  • I suppose they are only little one and having them done its like a keepsake for later on in life

  • I think they are a good idea. You can get people to do it for you or you can buy your own kits.

  • I think they’re fabulous! Lovely keepsakes for parents and grandparents. Another thing I’ve seen is paintings of hands. You dip hand in paint, place on paper to creat a print. Each family member does a hand print. Love it, framed and on my wall. A lot of kids do them at school too, as well as the clay prints, mand there’s usually a little poem mounted on it. So nice

  • very cute idea. the kids are only little for a small period of time so why not take advantage and make those moulds. Why not try a preggo belly mould as well. Great for sentimental value and they all look great on display. Go for it :)
