Hello!

With a baby on the way and in the past we have just used wraps and some how they seem to always get their hands out or the wraps unwind. I have heard positive thoughts about the swaddle wraps, but would love to know if you guys have used them? And what do you think?

  • I loved them

  • We did use these only for a couple of weeks. We swap our bubs to sleeping bags… she loves them!

  • My boys were terrible to keep swaddled so I used the Summer Infant SwaddleMe (http://www.toysrus.com.au/summer-infant-swaddleme-3-pack-small/medium-zigzag_6655539/) as newborns, then moved them to the Love To Swaddle Up (http://www.toysrus.com.au/love-to-swaddle-up-original-grey-large_6655539/) until they started to roll. :)

  • 2 wrigglers here too. If we wrapped their arms in they would wriggle around for anything up to 30 minutes before going to sleep. Both had their arms free by the time they came home from hospital. Leave their arms free and they would be asleep in 5 minutes. In fact the first photo of the eldest ones the hands were up as those to say “I surrender”

  • love to dream is great. there are different stages so you can use the range from birth to about 4 years

  • Thanks Mom140193 I have got a Love to Dream Swaddle Up now can’t wait to use it! 2.5 weeks from my due date now :)

  • I have twins and used a zip up swaddle from very early on. It really helped get them to sleep

  • I used ‘love to dream’ swaddles for my twins. Lifesaver! Allowed them to keep their arms up mear their face, easy zip for quick nappy changes and they settled soon as they were put in them. As they got older they associated the wings with bed so also helped in sleep association.

  • we used the sleepy wings for my son (I can’t remember exactly what they were called or brand) – it allowed them to move around a little bit but kept hands inside pouches – he scratched his face so it saved him from this. Other than that we used the sleeping bags which were very good that you could put over the top of anything else.

  • I just wrapped mine in bunny rugs. None of them liked being wrapped so it didn’t last long

  • We found them good for a very short time only. Once the baby can get out, then we used grow bags.

  • My bubs did not like wraps – little wrigglers and wigglers!
