My sister has recently tried this paelo diet, but she found out she needed to break the rules at least once a week to keep it up, she found herself craving foods that just were not on the menu plan. My advise would be to try it for the health benifits of it but to treat the family to something not on the menu plan once a week. Might be a little easier to stick to that way.
