Has anyone used a TENS machine through labour?

Hello!

“Hi there, I am due to have a baby in November and was wondering if any other mums have used a TENS through the labour, and if anyone has used a normal TENS instead of a proper labour machine? Thank you.”

They recommended it for me but I survived with just the gas

I have not as I did not know about it .. But I broke my hip and I had to get a new hip. Luck me and I used it then. .. I still use if I get sore joints from sport I love mine.. Brought at chemist 180 dollars HCF gave us back. 170 dollars we need a letter to go with it to claim…

I bought a TENS machine for my labour and used it for about an hour during my labour. I turned it up during each contraction and I think it created a distraction more than anything. My health fund covered the purchase. If you are planning to use water you cannot get it wet. I found a hot shower worked best for me.

No but my friend did and thought it helped her a lot through her labour
