  • Self raising flour, 300 mls cream and approx the same of lemonade. Mix, but don’t over mix. Roll out and cut into rounds. Bake approx 12 mins at 200*C. Should come out delectable, crunchy brown on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Slather on jam and whipped cream, aaahhh heaven

  • Buy the scones from bakery, mine turn out mediocre .

  • Lemonade scones are a winner. I’ve replaced lemonade with lemon and they turned out great too.
