I’m not sure about the sensitive skin, but I make my own because I don’t like my kids having all those chemicals on their skin. I use these ingredients: corn flour, face cream, 1/4 teaspoon vegetable oil, natural food colouring.
Mix together equal parts corn flour and face cream until it forms a thick mixture. Add vegetable oil, which helps the paint from caking. You want things to be smooth without being too watery.
Add a spoonful of the mixture to a container and add a few drops of natural food colouring. Mix well. Avoid their eyes though and be careful as some of the colours can stain white clothes.
Our daughter needed medical assistance following reaction to face paint. She hasn’t asked for any since and is not upset by this. She has, on a few occasions opted for a very small butterfly on the back of her hand, or nothing at all.
