Hello!

Hi ladies. Anyone have any ideas for work from home jobs that aren’t like Avon ? We are struggling with money but cannot afford daycare for me to go back to work. I am unskilled always working in retail or fast food jobs with bad hours for a mummy. Hubby already works 14 hours a day so he can’t do anymore then he already is. Any feedback would be amazing thanks :)

  • Check out airtasker. They have odd jobs listed.

  • maybe offer ironing services, pamphelts?

  • Maybe letterbox drops of pamphlets and catalogues, you could take baby with you in pram. Maybe take in people’s ironing. Or you could clean other people’s houses, bub could tag along too, you would need to keep a close eye on bub tho

  • Market research pays well for a group or one on one interview and it’s fun!

  • I am asking the same question at the moment and am exploring all my options.

  • Try having a garage sale on the weekend.

  • There’s lots of party plan type things around now. Jewellery, make up, candles even cleaning products. You basically invite people round to yours for a ‘showing’of your products. They cone around and put in orders for what they’ll like. You put the word out, these people might organise one at their house for you to do a showing. And so it goes on, word spreading, more parties etc etc

  • Market research is pretty good although not a huge earner.

  • Try doing paper deliveries? Your little one could go with you.

  • Try see if you can save money. For instance I saved heaps in one year by reviewing our house, car and health insurance. Found savings in all three while still being adequately insured. So that was a win to us.

  • I’d contact some employment agencies and see what’s on offer for working at home. Please do your research if you decide to go for those earn big $ from home schemes, most are not what they make out to be.

  • Google to see what jobs you could do fr home:)

  • I’ve been trying to think of ways myself but not having much luck

  • Why not take in some washing or do daycare urself. i did both for 3 yrs nd studied at night over internet to get my skills up. it was hard but worth it.

  • Unfortunately I don’t think there is a perfect answer but I would suggest seeing if there is anywhere you can stretch your current budget.
