My backyard has a trampoline in the backyard. My kids play on it and I have heard the neighbours complaining about privacy, so I asked them if they would halves in a new fence that was higher, but they refused to pay and said I should pay it. I didn’t get the fence as I can’t afford it. So they grew a tree that is now higher than the house. In Spring it has small red berries. They fall on the trampoline and leave splinters in the kids feet. I trimmed all the branches that came on my side but they don’t fit into my green bin as it is full of the grass from the lawn. Shouldn’t the neighbours take the trimmed branches as it came from their side?
Also, they have a cat which comes to our house and my kids are allergic. It made my youngest go into hospital with an asthma attack. Not sure what to do, thanks.
