  • Have you had a medical check up? You may have a gluten intolerance. I don’t, but I still felt that once I switched from white pasta/bread to wholemeal, I was less bloated.

  • It’s definitely not normal to suffer so much bloating so regularly. Try and identify which foods cause tge bloating and cut them out of your diet for a while, see if you feel better

  • Tummy bloating is certainly a sign. Personally I would start to eliminate the foods you feel bloated about (pasta and bread). Feeling bloated after pasta and bread could indicate an intolerance for gluten. I would cut I gluten and try gluten free products for a while to see if it improves. Alternatively you could make an appointment with a naturopath to help you with this.

  • Are you on any medications? sometimes they can cause bloating

  • Maybe switch to wholemeal bread as it is much healthier than white. I like drinking herbal teas such as peppermint and Ginger is good for bloating as well. Eat plenty of fruits and vegies as this will balance your diet with all the esp wth the bread/pasta

  • Maybe drink more water and try and eat as healthy as possible!

  • It’s obviously a bloat problem. Try eliminating certain foods from your diet for a period of time. Experiment with different food eliminations until you find one that is the culprit

  • I think you know the answer to this one. You may have an intolerance to wheat products ie celeac disease. Get yourself checked out if there is any history of autoimmune conditions in you family. A quicker option is to give up bread and pasta.

  • maybe you have a little intolerance to it and this is causing the bloating. i would definately try to reduce the amount that i had

  • They say chew a lot when you are eating. So more chewing or maybe take a good look at your diet. I know if I eat bread or pasta I boat and feel terrible so I rarely have them now. It might be something in particular you are eating.

  • Do you drink a lot of fizzy drinks as I believe this can also bloat you too.

  • its sad to say but if some foods effect you that way you need to cut it out of your diet and use it as a sometimes treat, my mum can not have milk ar dairy without feeling that way, she found A2 milk helped stoped that feeling for her. You need to work out what causing it if its a brand cut it out and tey something else or see a specilist and pay to get tested and it will save you health issue later in life.

  • the bread and pasta could be the problem. could be an intolerance. When I thought I had lactose intolerance, doc said to cut the food items out for entirely for 6 weeks and then for 2 days straight eat food containing it…see how you feel the difference. If you feel awful in those 2 days but great within the 6 weeks you have an intolerance.

  • A friend of mine bloats after eating gluten she found out she has an intolerance. If it’s general weight loss you’re after I recommend michelle bridges 12 wk program, I didnt follow it exactly but lost 8kgs which was the remainder of my baby weight. Oh and I didn’t exercise like I was supposed to. It was expensive but figured so would a new wardrobe and I couldn’t keep wearing maternity wear forever, not to mention feeling unhappy and lethargic so it was worth it for me
