My girls are older yet I feel I look pregnant!! I love my bread and pasta. Should i cut them out? I’m instantly bloated as soon as I eat. My stomach sticks out a mile.

  • Maybe try gluten free pasta or bread on occasion and see if that makes a difference


  • Probiotics are good but you well may be sensitive to wheat or gluten or lactose. Changing your regular bread and pasta to wheat free or gluten free and milk to lactose free may just make all the difference.

  • Probiotics is a very good idea. And digestive enzymes.


  • Try taking a good probiotic. That should help with the bloating.


  • Cut them out and you’ll probably see a difference I know I do, even my clothes fit differently.
