  • My youngest is now in her 20’s and I am finally starting to drop the kilos. We are all different and for some of us it just takes time.

  • Lol, I never had the baby weight

  • I got back into exercise when my youngest was 4 months old and together with healthy eating I found the weight just fell off. My son was still breastfeeding, so I think that helped too.

  • A good part of depends what carbohydrates you eat. If you don’t want to go to a dietician (I found they basically recommend the same diet) have a look on google at the good and the bad carbohydrates. The good carbohydrates give you enough fibre and they also satisfy your hunger for longer. The bad ones give a quick energy spike then you get tired and look for sugary food, sometimes a lot of it too. Much to my disgust Carbohydrates convert to sugar. You also need a balance of protein combined with the carbohydrates too. I wish you success in losing the weight you need to and keeping it off.

  • Mine came off while breastfeeding

  • Like.any weightloss, it comes down to a calorie deficit, and the best way to achieve that is to make small.changes that fit into your lifestyle so that they become a habit and allow you to keep the weight off. I enjoyed taking bubs for a walk each day and ensuring I’d avoid high calorie foods for more fruit and veg and lower calorie options. Then once I was cleared I hit the gym again. But in saying that I was mindful of what I ate during my pregnancy so didn’t add to much more weight than bubs. I did a lot of research to get fit and then more leading up to having bubs so I knew the right/safe way to go about it for me :) hope keto keeps working for you xx

  • I bought a cheap second hand treadmill and trained myself to run distance while watching tv. It’s great because you can do it after bubs has gone to bed.

  • I lost over 20kg with Isagenix it worked and I felt great but it was hard to sustain and was a bit antisocial having shakes and cooking different meals for the rest of the family

  • I found that breast feeding gave the kick start to losing weight and then I just ate healthily and kept running after the toddlers.

  • I hardly had to lose any baby weight so it didn’t take any effort from my side.

  • I enrolled myself into aqua aerobics then as my fitness level increased I did Pilates and after joined a gym. Now I’m an addict of exercises????

  • I’ve been trying the Keto diet but not having much success. I’ll keep trying though.

  • A healthy diet, exercise, everything in moderation.

  • For me Breast feeding just did all the trick and I lost a lot of pregnancy weight because of exclusively breast feeding.

  • Exercising and strict diet. I down loaded a Running App and had great results.
