  • I walk alot but have not made any diet changes or anything like that

  • Walking is actually beneficial for everyone in the family too – exercise, fresh air and outside time.

  • Very lucky that breast feeding did it for me. I actually stopped feeding because I was still losing the weight.

  • I have lost 32kgs over the last 9 months by eating well and exercising. I just eat a balanced diet and make sure I have plenty of water. I am at healthy weight now and feeling fit and strong.

  • A well rounded balance of foods, plenty or water and exercise works for me.

  • Please do not do Keto, it is so dangerous and will give you health problems further down the track, it is an unsustainable diet that should only be used for a very short time. Try having celery juice every morning which will clean out all the build up in your body that adds extra weight, add more fresh fruit and veggies and cut back on fat, our bodies do not need hardly any fat, we need more wholefood carbs, a good nutritionist or dietitian would never recommend keto. And exercise is your friend too, more walking, get one of those prams you can jog with baby.

  • Breastfeeding and toddler chasing has worked for me; I’m lighter than I have ever been in our 5 years of marriage!
