Hello!

I know I can use their recipe book but I want to know if there are general principles so I’m not dependent on recipes. This pressure cooker has the options: high pressure, low pressure, simmer, saute, browning

  • I have this pressure cooker and I find my most used functions are the browning function then move it to the pressure cook function. I have never really followed recopies as we have several family dietary requirements, but by worst failure just turned in to a soup (too much liquid).

  • Maybe check out online pages too and social media? There might be groups or pages dedicated to this product or type of cooking?

  • I think it all comes down to trial and error. Have a look at the recipes and you will probably find a pattern/see similarities and then you will figure out what to do

  • I was always told that you need to reduce the liquid in these recipes as a lot of liquid comes out of whatever you’re cooking, hence you need less in the ingredients list
