When veggies were my sons only option, he loved them. Ever since I’ve given him meats and grains (bread/wholemeal pasta, tuna, chicken etc), he just squishes his veggies up and I can’t get him to eat them, neither steamed, fresh or roasted.. I won’t add salt obviously, and he’s independent so won’t let you feed him puree, and although I’m getting by hiding them in things at the moment, I really would prefer he got used to enjoying eating them plain. Any tips? I’d though about stir-frying them with a smidge of garlic, is that okay for an 8 month old to have a little bit of garlic?
