  • Get more active. Look at what you’re eating: how much of it, and what kinds of food you’re eating. And don’t drink a lot of fruit juice or soft drink as they’re both full of sugar.

  • Best thing that helps me is tracking my food, I use my fitness pal on my phone it makes a difference no more snack amnesia

  • Maybe there is another reason you should go to your gp

  • I have actually started a Keto diet int he lead up to Christmas – I have lost 2-3 kg in 2 weeks.

  • I have lost 10 kg after giving birth to my baby by drinking green tea every morning with an empty stomach.i am drinking enough water to keep my body hydrated as we know that green tea makes you dehydrated so,you have to drink plenty of water.

  • I had a few kgs hanging around that I wanted to lose before a wedding and I did a shake diet for almost a month – was hard but lost over 7kg and kept it off

  • Exercise for an hour everyday and eat healthy meals

  • Drinking loads of water is a start. Often we mis read hunger for thirst.

  • Do you have a steps counter? You could set your goal to a certain amount of steps every day (I do 10,000) and then raise it with the time. Some steps counters also show you how many minutes of intense activity you do. I aim to make 150 minutes of intense activity every day.
Checking what you eat is very important too.

  • Diet and exercise are key components to moving excess weight and stubborn fats. Maybe assess what you are eating and when. I find it’s best to have larger meals during the day and have a light salad for dinner helps tackle the bludge.

  • Maybe have a chat with your GP – they should be able to give you advice on weight management and link you with valuable resources.

  • Maybe 45 mins of high intensity exercise??

  • Apparently, intake should be less then out take. Eg eat less food then what you need for the energy you expend. Healthy eating, regular exercise and a good nights sleep will all help

  • I walk and drink water and have a healthy food intake.

  • Weight loss is 70 to 80% diet, keep a food diary and monitor your portion size. Dr may be able to help if there is a medical issue ie thyroid causing the issue. Good luck
