  • Dishwashing liquid is your best bet to cut through grease – I’d start there to get rid of the grease and then focus on making it look nicer with another product.

  • sugarsoap is a real good wall cleaner. just buy from a hardware store and follow instructions

  • I would try sugar soap,it is the only product l use on walls.

  • This is always fun!! We buy those kitchen wipes, they seem to do a good job (or even baby wipes for that fact). Or a spray and wipe with chux or paper towels.

  • If it’s caked on grease around the cooktop, degreaser is best. If it’s just random oil splashes on the wall, try hot water with dish detergent in it

  • There are some really good Greece removers available on the shelves at Coles atm

  • Warm water with dish washing detergent and a gentle scrubber (the kind you use for nonstick pans). If really sticky then sugar soap works well too.

  • Gumption is abrasive so it depends on the type of paint.
I got some off mine with a strong mix of hot water and dishwashing liquid, then wiped it down with clean water.
There is 2 types of the soap mentioned as far as I know – powder and liquid.

  • Sugar soap or gumption can buy both in cleaning isle works well
