  • Depending upon age I find that Probiotics help a lot

  • We made a fun game of hand washing as soon as we come in from outside. It’s definitely made a difference on the cold and flu front. Also hand sanitizer on everyone as a rule before touching bub

  • I can’t go past the Vicks Vapour Drops, thou not 4 babies, they will clear up teens 2 Adults and all everyone in between. I feel the convenience they offer is so well above anything else and the job they do will atound and clear the biggest of blockages.

  • Good hygiene!

  • I guess all you can do is hope your baby has a strong immune system! Unfortunately, if they are going to get sick, they will get sick. But keeping your other children at bay, if they are showing signs of illness would be your best preventative.

  • I know it will be difficult and depend on the age of the siblings but try to limit their contact with your little one. Also teach them to wash their hands before and after everything they do. It’s definitely a difficult time.

  • I agree when you’re breastfeeding continue to do so, when you’re baby eats solids make it gets plenty of fruit and veggies and train your other kids to wash hands frequently, cough and sneeze in elbow and keep distance

  • Unfortunately there isn’t too much that you can do. Depending on your baby’s age you may be able to boost their immune system with fruits and vegetables. If you are breastfeeding, don’t stop yet. Your baby will be getting loads of goodness from you. I think every baby with older siblings goes through this. Hang in there. There will come a time when they don’t have a cold.

  • Just limit as much contact and close proximity as you can. Wash hands regularly, get older siblings to practice good cough and sneezing technique. That’s really as much as you can do

  • This is very tricky task. But maintained good general hygiene will protect.

  • Flu vaccine for sure, it definitely helps. Keep them hydrated and warm.

  • Must be the week for it. My 5 yr old has woken up this morning with a cold. I’m telling her to wash her hands every time she blows her nose and to stop breathing on him ????????. He’s only 3 months old and I soooo don’t want him to get it!!!

  • Wash a hand….and stay away if someone is sick
