What techniques or things do you do to increase your energy levels?

  • I hate to say it but diet and exercise are the winners here just a daily walk will help and eating cleaner less processed less sugar


  • Eat healthy and excersise is best having the right fuel will help with energy levels for sure


  • To eat a healthy diet and be active.


  • Water and exercise for sure – it does give you a boost.


  • I make sure I get a good nights sleep, eat healthy, drink water and get out for some exercise. When you’re lacking energy, exercise is a boost


  • Good suggestions for energy foods.


  • First get your blood tested as you may be just lacking iron. If you are not, selection Low GI foods which fill you up fast but release energy slowly like Rolled Oats (old fashioned Porridge- not quick oats) or Natural Muesli with no added sugar, a whole apple for morning tea, a tuna & salad sandwich made with wholegrain bread for lunch, etc.
