  • Elevation and light exercise (I know that’s not the easiest) go for a light walk and then sit with your legs elevated. I found a cool shower helped alot and drink plenty of water.


  • lie on the couch and put your legs up – so they are above your heart. its a tough job to do but someones got to do it!


  • When sitting, elevate your legs as much as you can.


  • I found elevating them helped
