  • I snack all the time – not good – so I’m loving some of these answers.


  • I go to bed and sleep


  • I love having a really hot cup of green tea.


  • I drink a glass of water, and wait half an hour if I’m still feeling hungry I have something small


  • Try to make sure the only snacks you have on hand are low-cal or savoury. Much better to have an alternative for sbacking. A glass of water does help to break the habit.


  • When you feel the need to nibble, drink a full glass of water – this decreases the appetite. Also, try to keep occupied in a room furthest from the kitchen so you’re not tempted to reach out and grab something. If you do need something, try to make it a healthy option, like fruit.


  • Drink cold or hot water if you need something


  • After dinner I brush my teeth and go and read in bed. This way there is no chance I start snacking. :-)


  • When I do snack at night I have a small portion.


  • I actually do not mind snacks – but tend to choose healthy snacks.
    Maybe look at healthy snacks?
