At that age kids aren’t able yet to express their emotions. Help her to give words to feelings. Do feelings puzzles and games and watch video’s about feelings on You Tube kids. Model staying calm and give words to feelings. You could also think about calming down strategies; distraction, redirection, drink a sip of water, give a squeezy hug, count till 10 together, teach her deep breaths, blow bubbles etc

they all go through this phase, totally normal. don’t think you can do much

It’s just that age, just ignore her, show her lots of attention when she acts the way you like. But yeh just the age just have to put up with it for a least a year. it sucks.

naughty corner might do the trick, stay there for how old she is in minutes ie. 3 minutes for 3 year old, 4 minutes for 4 year old etc

I used to ignore it & walk away (wasn’t easy) & after a while he realised I wasn’t giving him the attention or reaction he wanted & eventually stopped

Continue to ignore but keep them safe. My niece has horrible tantrums hitting head on wall and all. Now she has grown out of them she is a lovely little girl
