  • on the weekends, have a nice long warm bath….with bath oils and some scrubbing….
on the weekdays, read some novels, check out online shopping sites… just think about things you adore to do

  • Some good suggestions below, I hope you got some time to yourself like each mother deserves!

  • Get your parents or siblings involved in your childrens lives get them to have them… make the most of your night time.. reading shopping online any craft you may do or cooking and even invite a friend round

  • Hope you manage to get some good quality time to yourself. It will make you feel so much better and recharged x

  • Go for a walk or go shopping and buy something for yourself You deserve to be pampered . take time out to catch up on sleep when hubby comes home from work

  • U go to a beauty salon and get a massage!

  • Most of my ‘me time’ only happens at night after the kids have gone to bed. Sometimes they’ll stay at grandma’s house, or have a play day with their cousins. Sometimes hubby will take them down the beach to give me a bit of time to myself.

  • Online shopping!!! :) But apart from that, daycare is a godsend, sleepovers for the older boy are good when I’m at the end of my tether coping with two (so peaceful when there’s just one), a walk in the sunshine, a cafe, the library…simple little things but headspace!

  • I send the family into town to do the shopping!!

  • a medidation or yoga session – lots of gyms have childcare options so you can chill and get a workout at the same time :D

  • I’m lucky enough to have a sister that works in a beauty salon. And a great massage will do the trick . You will come back feeling great.

  • Do you have someone that could look after them a mum, dad, partner. I know my kids love spending time with either grandparents. This sometimes can mean we are out on a date night with hubby. Keeps you sane

  • I don’t think I’ve had me time in years, time without my toddler is spent doing shopping etc

  • Even when I don’t have the kids, I’m running around doing things for them. So it never stops

  • I ask my partner to look after and just go out for a walk or reading or do whatever you want even only for 1hour.it feels so great.
If you want to soend time with your partner then probably just hire a babysitter for few hours or if you hv friend or family that can help you then you dont need a babysitter. Just ask their help
