3 – Going out when we need to, working from home but still seeing friends and family
4 – Very limited contact. We’re only going out when unavoidable and very careful contact with people

  • We are all staying home kids aren’t allowed to go anywhere no one is allowed to come and visit I only go once or twice a week to shops get everything I need quickly normally in the evening when it’s very quiet it’s safer for everybody

  • am luckily with my kids and husband. just going out for work, quick in and out trips to the shops just for necessities and also the occasional solitary walk.

  • 4- husband is essential worker so he is still working, he shops on his way home so kids are not going to supermarket. Doctors visits is the only reason we are leaving home- we have at risk parents and a newborn- I’m not taking any chances of losing the people I love

  • Life hasn’t changed too much for me. I don’t venture out often unless I have to. I am more aware of my surroundings when I do head out now

  • I have very low immunity due to a medical condition, I have self isolated for nearly 3 weeks. I haven’t been shopping for 4 weeks. I am running of perishable food so I am going shopping during the normally quiet time of the day. I suffer badly from Hayfever and always get a “wet” cough, not a dry one…..I have rested on my bed reading a book and fallen asleep a few times since my Hayfever started and I am bored. I’m also running out of books. Libraries are closed. A lot of people borrowed extra books before lock-down so they didn’t have many left anyway.

  • 4. stay at home stay alive.

  • Also husband going to work as he is in transport/logistics but taking precautions

  • 4. Still going to supermarket once a week

  • We’re a 4. I’m going to work as I luckily still have a job at the moment and to the shops bit that’s it. Kids are at home and we’re trying home schooling as best we can

  • About 4 now.. my son and I are still working at the moment and my husband will go back on Monday but work and shopping is all we are out and about for.

  • We sit between a 3 and a 4 depending on the day.

  • None of those answers apply because my husband cant work from home. I can. But apart from that we are only going essential food shopping when really necessary.

  • 4- we only go to the shops if we absolutely have to and my husband goes to work but that’s it.

  • We’re at stage 4 – only going out when we need supplies, which is about once a week. We don’t see family or friends, plenty of exercise and fresh air keeping the garden and pool.

  • I’m at 4… Only going out when Mum drives us to the shops for necessities. We didn’t stockpile, so need to shop every week. We’re in and out quickly and practice safe social distancing. No one is coming to my home and I can’t go anywhere as I don’t have a car. I’m worried about my 86 year old mother as she has the car but doesn’t live close by. If over 70’s are forced into lock down soon, I’m not sure what we’ll do. I’m scared and lonely! Mum’s never lived alone before. I have for almost 10 years, hated it then, and hate it even more now! I’m worried about Mum. I’m deeply depressed, overwhelmed and anxious, Mum can no longer visit her 96 year old husband in the nursing home and is very upset. My daughters, one being pregnant with kids and the other being forced to work, are isolating from Mum and I for safety, so I can’t see them either. I feel like ending it all….
